    They purposely dropped my catalytic converter right in front of me breaking the honeycomb, then said it was worth less because the honeycomb was broken. I'll never go back there again.

    Felt skeptical of the payout several times and wasn't offered a receipt so I had nothing to compare. This last time I sent my kid and he did get a receipt which showed that he was obviously ripped off. I turn in scrap mostly for the recycling aspect but I want to be treated fairly. I will find an honest yard. The clean lot and helpful crew brought them up to two stars.
