There aren't any signs telling you where or what to do. Considering its been a long time since the last time coming here. There was a guy by the Nonferrous Metal was very rude and acted like having customers was an inconvenience to him. But thankfully another gentleman, very nice and respectful came out and showed us what and where we needed to go and finish up. After he came out it was quick and we got out and it was pleasant. According to the one we inconvenienced he didnt care about the review. Personally if I had to deal with him again I would leave and not return. Hes the long-haired guy with the long ponytail. Kindness and respect goes a long way. Customer service is key to keeping places open even if you dont feel like working or helping people that day. A smile goes a long way. Great work to the nice gentleman who helped us today. 10/10 for you young sir.

Tristan, gentleman running the scales and his partner, were the friendliest and most helofull workers I have EVER come across here. Dont let them go! Also there is a lady named Heaven in the ofgice that we went to first and she explained some of the changes and what we needed to do. Great staff there at Topeka,Ks. 6th and banner.

I came in the other day with my collection of soda cans to be processed. A young man named Sean Coble helped me out. He was extremely polite and quick about the whole thing. Extremely grateful, thank you Sean for the wonderful experience!
