I brought in 2 catalytic converters from an old vehicle I replaced them on. The lady at the front desk immediately was rude to me, acted like I was bothering her coming in and speaking to her, and shrugged her shoulders as she sent me to (I think his name was Paul). He didn't want my catalytic converters and suggested they were aftermarket fakes, which is fine, I have no way of knowing if they were or not. But there is no excuse for the front desk woman to treat potential customers the way she did me.
