Customer reviews of Japanese Auto Salvage in Houston, TX
2.7 stars based on 108 reviews- RRhema Ike
Terrible customer service besides one lady at the front desk. The other men in the store seemed to get angry at me when I asked questions to make sure I was getting the right part. I would not recommend going here.

It would be prudent for you to consider closing your doors and selling the property. Your service and communication are severely lacking. Had I taken the time to read the reviews beforehand, I would have spared myself the trouble of writing this critique.
- OOzzie Ruiz
Had the parts I was looking for! Betty was very helpful and nice. For your Asian cars. Give them a call!
