Very disappointing!!!! I spoke with Jordan Williams from Westside Recycling on Jan 11 2024. I explained to Jordan that I needed a 30 yard dumpster in a rural part of town of Emporia. During this time of request emporia ks was experiencing snowy weather. I asked Jordan would it be safe for his driver to travel the route to deliver the dumpster to the requested address and Jordan's response was he recently traveled down Road E that morning and he saw that the conditions were saf enough for his driver to deliver. Upon arrival of the dumpster, I walked up to the driver and asked him did he think the ground was safe for him to deliver and the driver responded yes it was safe. The driver got stuck in yard while attempting to deliver the dumpster. I attempted to help the driver by digging out the snow and placing bricks behind the drive tires, but with no prevail the truck didn't move. Shortly after the truck getting stuck Jordan arrived at the property , and I asked him if there's anything I could do to help and his response was you should've helped before he arrived. I was shocked to receive such verbal response due his acknowledgment earlier that morning of the roads and yard looked safe enough to deliver the dumpster. In closing I was charged $225.00 with no service rendered. No explanation from Jordan or Westside Recycling about why I never received a dumpster or refund. A $225.00 lesson learned. Be careful out there ppl.

I am kicking myself for not going there sooner. They stay open later than the competition and are open on Saturdays which is nice and convenient. When you pull in you dont have to wonder about where you are to go. There are large signs that direct you to exactly where you need to be. When we were ready to unload there was an employee waiting to help do most of the work for us. From beginning to end the whole visit was 10 minutes and service was friendly and helpful. Everything was so well organized, easy, and very calm. Now the prices were just a little bit lower than the near by competitors but honestly it's worth the $10 difference, FOR SURE! I can say we will be going there before any where else.
