This company is amazing! If we ever have a driver in the area needing assistance, they will be our first call. From one towing company to another, thank you for taking care of our driver out of reach of our techs. They are honest, caring and speedy. 5 star is not enough! Highly recommend!

Was charged 3,000 to get pulled out of the median & charged an extra fee on top of that , Took an HR too arrive & about 40 mins to get truck hooked ... then decided to take truck to their yard . This towing company is a joke , I wouldn't recommend to anyone .

5 stars is not enough. If you are in need call Williams Towing!!!!! I would recommend them tOEVERYONE! There we were on our way from MN heading to AZ at 9 something at night towing our camper and out truck lost power about 20 some miles outside of Emporia....... Mind you I have roadside assistance for this to which I called, THAT was a headache, and set up for a tow to come get us. I was told it would be at 1.5 hours to wait, they were not clear who was coming or where we were going but ok at least I knew we had help coming. So as at this point we were exhausted and waiting an hour and a half before anyone showed up seemed sooo long. So I looked up towing services near me. When I read the reviews for Williams Towing I called, and we are SO glad we did. To start there was a very nice gentleman who answered the phone and was so helpful! After discussing the cost, the shop we could bring it to and the assitance offered on where to put the camper while we wait and have truck serviced we said done, send the truck. I called and cancelled the roadside assitance one we were waiting for. In minutes I was informed help was on the way. Freddie showed up fast. He was kind, courteous, so helpful and knowledgable!!! Thank you all sooooo much!
