The customer is always wrong might as well be this company’s slogan. This place is a masterclass in how to drive customers away. I called to buy a part after being referred by another company. The man who answered was one of the rudest, most self-righteous people I’ve ever spoken to in customer service. He was curt, crass, and seemed annoyed that I even called. The referring company told me they had seven of the part in stock for $40 each. He quoted me $50. When I politely explained what I’d been told, he sneered, “Oh yeah? Well do you want to come and pick the part?” I asked for clarification, and his response was, “Well guess what, I don’t have any of them,” followed by hanging up on me. No apology. No professionalism. No interest in actually selling anything. Just arrogance and attitude. If you enjoy being insulted and lied to, this is your place. If not, run — don’t walk — in the opposite direction.

Very lazy and unprofessional. Called for a wheel for a Saturn Ion. Dude was so lazy we didn’t want to get up and go check. False advertisement- the vehicle showed the wheel I needed on car-part . So when I said that he decide to get smart with me and mock me. Good luck with business
