Terrible example of how to run a business, gave a family member a ride to this shop to recover his vehicle. Prior to heading there he had called them to make sure he was able to recover his vehicle and what the price would be, they Gave him a price and told him they would be closing at 2 o’clock. The phone call was made at 12:30. We arrived there by 12:45 and nobody was there and when we called to attempt to recover the vehicle, they proceeded to say that they closed early, even when knowing we were on our way to recover the vehicle. Then had to wait over an hour for them to actually show up.

Every time I call, 5 seconds later, they don't have it, 'never looked' cars they have parked across from their shop they say our for sale, I'll ask about 3 different ones, every time, oh not for sale. Truthfully don't know how their still open as a business. ..zero stars but only can go low as 1.

The people here know what they are doing. I hope to never have a need for their service in th future, but should the need arise, I would call them in an instant! They are good people!
