My knowledge of vehicle parts isn’t the best, but the customer service provided by the rude male was uncalled for. After being placed on hold for an extensive amount of time, he answered and I asked for the part I needed. After he asked me if im sure thats the part needed, I asked him if there were more than one of the same part that I should know about… he hung up!! Some people don’t know all there is to know about car parts but that was no reason to give me attitude and hang up. After I called A1 Salvage and the customer service theee was impeccable!! The gentleman who answered was very helpful and knew what part I needed immediately. His parents raised him right

Spoke to Jason , hung up on me while I was on hold. I wasn’t impress by the service ————————————————————— 3/19/26 I hope this review helps others. They sent me the wrong item, and for days I kept calling. Sometimes I got through, sometimes I didn’t, and they repeatedly lied, claiming they would address my issue. and now I am out over $200. I believe the Better Business Bureau should review these dishonest practices.
