I am from PA traveling through RI. My axle broke in Johnston leaving me stranded all weekend. I called a bunch of places and Cash4cars offered me the best price. The guy on the phone, DJ was more personable than anyone else I talked to. DJ came by to get it from a tow yard when they opened on Monday. He arrived 30min earlier than I expected which was great but I had a ton of camping supplies to unload. He was patient with us as we unloaded everything. in the rain. Overall happy with my experience. Thank you for making a bad situation a little better.

Absolutely unreal level of service. This man quite literally saved my life! Went above and beyond beyond, out of his way to make sure me and my toddler got home safely and had EVERYTHING we needed to fix the car. I also struggle with speaking when I’m in panic mode due to my anxiety and he was patient and kind the entire time. I had no idea what I was doing and he walked me right through it, I won’t go anywhere else!
