Tim did an amazing job, this was the first time I’ve ever needed a tow and he made it totally effortless. He communicated with me the whole time and even got the job done a couple of hours before the estimated time of arrival. The only reason I needed to be there was to unlock the car to disengage the hand brake, he took care of the rest! He was super friendly and made me feel at ease. He was thorough and double checked to make sure my vehicle was being dropped off at the correct location. If you need a tow, do not hesitate to call these guys! You will not be disappointed!

I left you a one star review because you brought a roll back instead of a tow truck to get the car out of the ditch. I did not pick you myself, the insurance company did. After you told us to call someone else that has a 4x4 truck with a wench, you left. Your response to my review was very rude and unprofessional and after reading your other one star reviews, I totally get why. We did however call Arski’s Towing after you left and they were able to get it out within a few minutes. They were very nice and professional. I’m sorry that my review got that mean reaction out of you, but I did what you told me to do and another company successfully completed the job. Have a wonderful day and I wish the best for your future endeavors!! Also please work on your people skills when replying to your reviews!!
