I had a very disappointing experience at Denaples Auto Parts because of a salesperson named Mark. I would not recommend dealing with him at this location. I purchased a hood for my Mitsubishi Eclipse that was listed for $125. Before I came in, the staff called me and explained that the hood had a few small damages, so they would give me a discount. However, when I arrived, Mark still charged me the full $125 price on the invoice without applying any discount at all. On top of that, he charged me around $60 for a couple of small plastic pieces, which felt unreasonable. The biggest issue was his attitude. Mark was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to communicate professionally with customers. He acted annoyed whenever I asked questions and showed no customer service skills at all. Even some employees there mentioned that he is known for treating customers poorly. A salesperson’s job is to help customers respectfully and create a good experience, but unfortunately this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I strongly suggest avoiding dealing with Mark if you visit this location.

I’ve been waiting on a part for over two weeks. After the first week. I called to see about my part and was told they forgot to call us to get payment authorization which wasn’t true. So gave them payment information AGAIN. A week later I call to check the status of the part and was just told that they had the wrong phone number for my office so they never sent the part. I was out in hold and then finally told that the part is no good and another one can be purchased for an additional $90.00. This company is full of it. They are extremely unprofessional which I get it seems to be the norm nowadays. No one is held accountable and “hey sorry” is all I got.

I run a Automotive repair shop and offer mobile mechanic services. I had to go install an alternator on a 2014 Ford fusion 1.6L turbo. Well I asked the lady what engine she had because she wanted to go with a used alternator that cost $60. ( Can't blame her when a new one was no cheaper than $379 ) Well she told me a 2.0L and as I stated it was really 1.6L. So I get the alternator off and notice it's wrong. Usually you buy it and it's yours. No Refunds. So I called Denaples Auto parts up and took a shot in the dark to see if they couldn't help me out. Needless to say, I got hooked up with a guy named Rob. And this dude went out of his way to find one in NJ & Ordered it for me. Took the wrong alternator I bought a couple days earlier, gave me full credit for it & only charged me the cost of shipping. Dude did me a solid & I appreciate the help. 5 stars
