When this female decided it was time to give what ya get... he couldn't handle it!! Refused to sell me the part I needed.No big deal...I got the part in stock, brand new from Burne Honda. Cost $8.49 tax included. I would have paid triple that to deal with professionals!! If you don't know how to communicate with the public... you have no business working the front desk! Sensitivity training SEVERELY needed for this guy! He must be a relative to keep his job.I will tell all my friends to shop elsewhere.
