If you can drive your vehicle drive right by this by this location. If you are getting towed ask the driver to bring you to a different shop.This location is not were you want to get involved with. Two of their employees told me and my wife roughly what it was gonna cost to get a motorhome fixed and that come out triple what are some supposed to be. Basically, the general manager Told me that me and my wife were wrong that their employees would never say that that is so not true. The lady that answers their phone was rude. Told me and my wife we were wrong. We needed to pick up our Motorhome right away when two other employees said it was fine. The general manager stated oh she must be just having a bad day.. When me and my wife were in the office and talked about this woman, there were a lot of employees just rolling their eyes like this is who she is. please do yourself a big favor and do not use this location and you will thank me later in life. I am only guessing, but I’m thinking that the general manager works on a Commission base salary. It took him a boat 10 minutes to tell me that I was not getting no money back.

Purchasing this freightliner was an absolute mistake. I have heard from other drivers to stay away from this location in regards to buying any vehicle new or used. I wish I had listened. Especially after pouring thousands of dollars into constant repairs, to only just start having the paint peel off. I take pride in all of my vehicles, but unfortunately, this one has been a major setback. Till this day, while even showing sherwoods the type of equipment that was sold to me, they refused to make it right. I have all the service records and repairs that i've made to this tractor from the day that I purchased it. Unfortunately, I have to learn that sold "AS IS" means as is. No matter how bad the consumer is screwed. The one thing that I find ironic as I drive around delivering my freight, all over northeast Pennsylvania, hoping that I don't break down, is that the sherwoods logo has not peeled off from the side of my tractor. Maybe as a moving billboard, whether on the road or mostly on the breakdown lane, will at least make it fair to others where to purchase their next tractor. But I am fair, as long as this comment remains here, then understand that I was not helped no matter the reply following this review. Good luck to all on your next purchase, especially if you buy from here.
