I cannot recommend this place more highly! They are absolutely experts! I was SO IMPRESSED with Gloria! I was calling about a part for my son, a 2001 V70 and she knew right off the top of her head everything there is to know about the car, the options and the parts! WOW! Additionally, they were SO great to deal with in terms of getting the part, answering my questions, letting me know the part was ready and being patient with me. They were also lovely to my son when he picked up the tire! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

I had a very frustrating experience with this auto shop. I called to ask if they had a transmission for my vehicle, and the guy on the phone was really dismissive. He asked, "What do you want? Cheap or low mileage?" When I said I needed more options, he just snapped back, "You gotta tell me one, bro—cheap or low mileage." Then, when I asked for my options again, he rudely said, "What's your name?" It was a terrible customer service experience, and I won’t be returning. All i wanted to know the various prices and the options and then if they have any warranties but he was very rude and dismissive.

I had a very disappointing experience with Beltway Used Auto Parts LLC. I paid for a part but ended up not needing it. I never picked the part up, and when I contacted them, they told me I would receive store credit instead of a cash refund. I accepted that. Two months later, I called to use the store credit, and the employee I spoke with was extremely rude. She told me that without the original receipt, I could not receive store credit. I explained that I have my bank statement showing proof of purchase, but she repeatedly told me “NO” and refused to help. It’s very frustrating that they are willing to keep a customer’s money for a part that was never picked up, and then refuse store credit over a receipt issue—even with proof of payment. Poor customer service and very unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend doing business here.
