Very horrible experience; the two men who work for this company are very unprofessional, rude, and left my steering wheel covered in dirt. The people who work here clearly have no good sense of decency or customer service. The tall guy with sunglasses and no teeth kept telling me it would be a “possibility” that I get my car back as if it were some sort of threat or game. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope this company finds some better employees

If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst towing company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The driver (Lindsay) was incredibly rude he appeared disheveled and unclean. He was disrespectful and completely Unprofessional. I do not understand why they are contracted with Montgomery County. I’m curious if all drivers have passed a background check. Do you not consider using them under any circumstances. Furthermore the driver did not even provide us with a change after demanding we pay him in cash Before he would unload our vehicle (or he was taking the vehicle to his lot) from his truck at our dealership.

Severely understaffed. Owner doesn't seem to want to be bothered. The only one person that was genuinely concerned at the same time as focused on taking business was the office staff person. Can't remember his name but he was great. After paying to get my car out, I had to wait a little over an hour to get my car because it was going to take the tow guy that long to come get my car. Yeah......Understaffed!!!!!
