Extremely disappointing and misleading experience. OEM Auto Parts advertises multiple complete engines "runs good” in the $500–$600 range. That sounded like a fair deal, so I called to purchase one. However, when I actually spoke with them, I was told they would not sell me an engine with over 200k miles on it—even though those are exactly the engines they’re advertising at that price online. They admitted to having those engines, but Instead they tried to push a different engine with 75k miles on it costing well over three times the advertised price. When I explained that the higher-priced option was out of my budget and that I simply wanted the $600 engine they advertised, the response I got was literally, "We're not going to bring in an engine with 200,000 miles on it, thanks for calling,” followed immediately by them hanging up. I hope they record their calls in case anyone cares to verify that. This feels very much like a classic bait-and-switch tactic: advertise low-priced items to get customers to call, then refuse to sell them and push a much more expensive alternative instead. If you’re going to advertise engines for $500–$600, you should be willing to actually sell them at that price. Otherwise, don’t advertise them. Businesses should probably familiarize themselves with bait-and-switch laws and basic customer service before treating potential buyers this way. I would strongly recommend buyers look elsewhere.

I highly recommend OEM! They are among the best in the recycling industry! I ordered a infotainment screen from Alex for a my shop. He made it an easy process, noted the order as I asked and I received the part quickly in excellent condition. It's rare that I receive one of these screens in such great condition. Whoever pulled this from the vehicle is a very good puller. There wasn't a single pry mark on it. I looked untouched, like new. Thank you guys for doing everything correctly from, order, pulling, packaging and shipping on time!!!

Clean & Profesional parts dealer. I purchased a pickup bed for my personal truck. Alex and the rest of the office staff are very friendly and helpful . They verified the part and condition. I did not feal rushed and they answered my questions. I picked up the bed several days later. they loaded the bed on my trailer. The condition and quality of the part was A+ and they allowed me to fully inspect the part in person before purchase. An excellent facility with quality parts and knowledgeable staff made for an easy and positive buying experance. Since this was for my own vehicle Bed was same color as my truck and paint was in great shape so I just bolted it on and looks great this saved me allot in refinishing costs.
