Excellent service and price. Several months ago I had a really stressful experience where my car was stolen and abandoned. Amber helped me arrange to get it towed and then helped me arrange to pick it up a few days later. Given that I live out of state, this required a lot of coordination. She was super helpful, worked with my schedule, was very kind, and went well above and beyond her job responsibilities to help me multiple times. Highly recommend.

Awesome service. I called with questions in regarding if they towed from the area we live at to albuquerque because a dealership in albuquerque was claiming they couldn't find a towing company who was willing to tow from our area. Amber had answers and with the amazing help she provided to us we got it all taken care of. She made an already stressful situation less hectic to deal with. She showed concern and compassion about our situation the company (dealership) in albuquerque didn't show us.

Central Auto Towing should be renamed into superhero towing! We were stuck in an remote area outside the Chaco Culture Historical Park with almost no cell phone service. We tried calling AAA and other local towing service like Route 66 towing, nobody wanted to come out to rescue us. When we called Central Auto Towing, the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful and dispatched a driver to us right away at a very reasonable price. Troy had to drive for more than 2 hours in the dark to get us. He showed up as promised at 9:30pm. He was professional, loading the car quickly despite the transmission was completely shut down. We later learned he has more 30 years of experience towing cars in the area. We were so lucky to have Troy help out in an emergency situation. We can’t thank enough Troy and the team at Central Auto.
