Ignoring the extremely dubious circumstances of towing in the first place, this evil tumor under the guise of a company charged almost EIGHT HUNDRED dollars to retrieve a vehicle towed THREE hours prior. I had to pay an additional fee to meet after hours, which means if you get towed after hours you either pay the fee or pay their hourly rate till the next day. Except oopsie! They aren’t open on Sunday. So this easily could have been $1200. Imagine, someone down on their luck goes into the city to a job interview, down to just a couple hundred in the bank. He overruns his meter while doing well in the interview, comes back to a car gone and a bill he can’t afford. 4 months later he is homeless. If their pricing for a tow is anything like it is for a rescue it’d be cheaper to walk to the nearest U-Haul and rent a truck and trailer. And that’s what I’ll do because I would never give these people money again for anything. Forgot to mention, I have actually tried to use these people before when someone was blocking my driveway preventing me from getting to work, and they were completely worthless and unhelpful. I normally don’t blame workers as everyone just has a job, it’s the ceos ruining the world. But if you drive a truck here you are actively making the world worse. I remember times in my life where this bill would have crippled me. If you work here, do better.

Lost control after the rain last night and absolutely Devoured a curb, blowing my two right tires and completely mangling the rims. Barely slept and stressed out all morning about getting a tow and what's to come, and then Juan showed up. Wonderful dude, incredibly positive, encouraging and helpful. Not only did he get my car home, and talk with me about his own repairs on a similar car with the process he went through, he genuinely took Me out of a bad place in my mind and made a positive impact out of an otherwise horrible situation. Hope to never need my car towed again but if I do I'd hope he's the one to show up with a superhero cape on.

These guys are awesome! They work really fast and care about the treatment of your car! I know who to call if I need a tow ect ever! The guys also cared about my son being interested in the way they were towing my car and they went above and beyond for my son who is Autisitic and obsessed with all work vehicles, cars, and things to do with them. Great bunch of people! Thank you!
