Not sure why there are negative reviews but my experience went pretty well with this towing company. I got into an accident and my car got towed away by this company. The front desk clerk didn't give me the right description of the damages on my car at first, but when I got to the office I was able to see my car in person, and pictures and decide what I wanted to do with it.<br><br>After 4 days I towed the car from their lot to the body shop.

Do not deal with these scammers. My grandparents were in a car accident and rushed to the hospital. My grandma was released and went off to the towing yard to retrieve her husbands medical stuff from the car (very needed). Because she wasn't on the registration they would not allow her access to the car. Then the guy said for $100 he would retrieve what they needed. Seriously? He would scam this old couple who just were in a car accident and all shook up? Shame on him and that shady company. Please do not deal with this company. She had called the police to see if there was something that could be done.....she was told to contact BBB and report them. We are going to do that!
