Horrible Experience I recently had the misfortune of trying to purchase a used car part from this business and it was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever endured. From start to finish, it was clear that this company has little regard for its customers. First, the staff was rude and dismissive. When I called to confirm they had the part I needed, the representative acted like I was bothering them, offering short, unhelpful answers. Despite their attitude, I decided to give them a chance and made the trip to their location—big mistake. The lack of professionalism, organization, and basic respect for customers was staggering. I walked out empty-handed and wasted several hours of my day. If you’re looking for a used car part, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I have them 1400 bucks and it was hell trying to get my refund. And I didn’t even get the one part i purchased cause the front office personnel lied about having the part at some fake as warehouse they didn’t have. I repeat I repeat please stay away from this place

Never trust people who work there because they lie in everything. They should deliver me the Parts in Monday, but they didn't, and they told me "we will do that tomorrow " and never did that, after one weak when I came to their garbage place, they gave me a broken piece, and they won't give me back my money,

Expensive parts and rude staff. When i asked why is their mirror so expensive? I bought the passenger side from another shop for half the price. The lady says "that's just how it is". They also charge extra if you use Zelle. When i picked up the mirror at their other location, their staff was rude too! They really don't care about customer service. Smh
