Customer service at this place is horrible. When I say horrible I mean it. We have bought the part and paid already online now been waiting in the pick up side for over 30 mins, and also a few people to here waiting and the guys who work here on their phone and walking away from us. This business will go to hell with people like this working here. Again I’m still in this place fighting this review of how disappointing this experience is. Hire better people that have customer service skills.

Very bad experience with the guy behind the counter name Jay! He's cursing at customers, not explaining what parts your getting in details when customers asked questions about the parts being ordered, just Very disrespectful man, me and my friends was about to spread the word about this location for parts needed because it was new to us and we always buying parts from the dealership or auto zone, but the encounter we had with that guy Jay this place would never get support from our car club of 50 plus members, we will deal with our dealership, auto zone until we come across a business that has good customers service and respect customers money and time waiting to place an order. Who ever the owner or manager reading this you really need to check your employee Jay very unprofessional, disrespectful to customers, if your ordering parts from this place Goodluck with that we are moving on.
