I can’t stand this towing company. They are complete LIARS! They tried to tow my car because according to them “Patriot Security” called them to tow my car. I called Patriot security to verify and they told me they never called this tow truck company. The driver had my car hooked and refused to drop unless I gave him $120 cash. Seemed very sketchy. Then I noticed that what this company does is they literally just park in our apartment complex and just tow trucks without getting any calls. They are liars, scammers and thieves! Something needs to be done. They need to be shut down. I took a pictures of one of their trucks just parked ready to take a vehicle. They are so scandalous

I’m writing this review to explain the real impact this situation had on my life, not just the legal outcome. My vehicle was illegally towed by B G and Son Transport, located at 1285 N Union St. I went through the proper legal process and won my civil lawsuit. Despite that, payment was not made willingly. It took months, and ultimately required the Sheriff’s Office to step in with a levy/till tap, just to enforce what the court had already ordered. During this time, I lost hours of work, income, and peace of mind. I spent countless hours dealing with paperwork, court matters, and follow-ups that never should have been necessary. I was treated like I had done something wrong, interacting with law enforcement, when all of this could have been avoided if the business had simply taken responsibility and paid what the court required. When I attempted to contact the business directly to resolve payment, the call was ended abruptly. That response matched the overall experience, unnecessary stress, avoidance, and a lack of accountability. This review isn’t written out of anger. It’s written so others understand that situations like this don’t just cost money, they cost time, patience, and mental peace. I strongly recommend documenting everything and knowing your rights before dealing with this business.
