If I could give Blair’s Towing six stars, I would. On Saturday, November 16, I found myself in the exact situation every BMW driver secretly fears: stranded on the side of I-495 with a flat tire, watching traffic fly by while I practiced my deep-breathing techniques. This is a position nobody ever expects to be in, but Blair’s Towing turned a roadside disaster into something that actually felt… manageable. Maybe even a little bit hopeful. First, the dispatcher deserves a medal. Calm, reassuring, and somehow able to make me laugh while I sat there wondering why my car hates me—exactly the voice you want in that moment. And then came Chris. Chris, my driver, was nothing less than gracious, helpful, and completely understanding of my situation. As a woman alone on the side of the highway, safety and comfort matter, and he never left a doubt in my mind that I was in good hands. He kept in constant communication, arrived exactly when he said he would, and instantly put me at ease. Professional, kind, and genuinely caring—an absolute standout. Blair’s Towing, and Chris specifically, went above and beyond to ensure not only the safety of my vehicle but my personal safety as well. You do not forget that kind of service. Five shining stars for turning a stressful highway breakdown into an experience filled with competence, kindness, and a little humor when I needed it most. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service. Seems like towing companies often get a bad rap, and nothing could be further from the truth with Blair’s Towing and Recovery. On short notice, I had to move two classic cars from Arlington, VA to Annapolis, MD. I called on a Sunday afternoon and the owner called me back immediately. Blair’s worked their schedule to accommodate transporting my 1965 Lincoln Continental convertible and 1956 Austin Healey 100 racer. Both cars were delivered to an out of the way car barn, with full and constant communication from drivers Chris and Josh. I was not able to be at either site for pick up or delivery, but the cars made the trip with zero issues. Calls, texts and emails kept me fully informed. Lauren in billing was a gem, helping me navigate an issue with digital payment on my end. Rick, the owner made the experience more than pleasant - he personally saw that the move was seamless and enjoyable. Blair’s was recommended by a fellow “Car Guy” I’ve known for thirty years, and I will certainly use them for other classic car transport needs in the future. More importantly, Blair’s Towing and Recovery will be the only service I will use for my family and loved one’s emergency needs going forward. Josh and Chris were kind enough to leave Blair’s business cards - that now reside with the insurance and registration docs in all my kids cars. We all hope our family never needs an urgent tow/recovery service, but it is nice to know that if they ever do, Blair’s is the one they can use with confidence. BJG
