We are located in Iowa and needed to repo someone in Florida. We made a post on a BHPH Facebook page and Jessica responded almost instantly offering her help. The process was so fast and easy and seamless. From the time we asked for help, to the time the customer was able to redeem their vehicle, it was the equivalent of 1-2 business days. Our customers told us that the repo driver was very nice and that he thanked them for being so nice as well. The appointment only redemption staff was also very accommodating and offered our customer an after hours appointment to come get their car. Everything was communicated very clearly to all parties! Will absolutely work with them again!

This is by far one the BEST places that I’ve ever dealt with! Specifically ms Erica Hurdle! I have been extremely stressed out this past week because unfortunately my car was repossessed by my financing company. Ms. Hurdle has not only been keeping my mind sane so to speak but has been doing EVERYTHING in her power to help me! We NEED more people like this in the world! People that are willing to help! Someone NEEDS to give her a raise IMMEDIATELY or I will call myself and request for her through HR! Thank you guys for you care and compassion! Thank you for being so supportive to me! For picking up all my calls! Listening to me complain and give hard time! Even thru it ALL Ms. Erica still calmed me down and helped me!

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED. THEY STOLE SEVERAL THINGS FROM MY CAR AND DAMAGED MY PROPERTY. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RESPONDS BACK TO VOICEMAIL I WILL BE FILLING A COMPLAINT WITH EVERY AGENCY POSSIBLE
