They messed up my car!!!! That boy dropped my car so hard off the lift my freaking bumper popped halfway off and he decides to speed off. He asked for a cashapp payment and straight up disrespected my car!!! Its all on camera and I'm in disbelief with the service. I want a reimbursement for what I paid and to have my bumper fixed

My car was towed and my car is registered to be parked where it was.. so I called to find out why it was towed this being my first time going through this I had questions the lady who didn’t wanna give her name she said she was the manager was very unprofessional I asked her what time did she get off and her name so I could talk to the same person she proceeded to ask me why did I want to meet her somewhere???? What kind of manager talks to a customer like that???? Me managing before I would never represent a business like that not once but twice she was rude…

This place is the absolute worst they prey on those kids knowing they don’t have money to pay those tow fees. They towed my daughter’s car bc of the handicapped sticker fell. I tried to talk to them and they were so nasty towards us. I have seen it with my own eyes how they ride around looking for cars to tow and do it so rudely. They won’t prosper operating this way!!
