I was out of town and used them to pull one of our trucks out that was stuck. Owner was the one that came out and got our truck with no problem. Before them we called another company that only came out and got their own truck stuck and then said they couldn't get ours out and left. Ray Harris didn't hesitate and everyone we talked to was very friendly

Staff is professional and courteous. We've used their service a few times and for each job, they were on time, professional and reasonably priced. Their staff were always available any day of the week to work with us, so I don't really put much stock into what the lady with the camping gear experienced. We have recommended them to other organizations who were very happy we did.

Took four hours for them to come to tow my car from the side of the road But after supposedly 45 minutes of searching they couldn't find it and quit.Dispatch was not help and had a attitude.Simply sorry can't help and said they were booked for the rest of the day. But next towing company had zero problem finding my car and in 30 minutes!At least one company cares and really helps out in a bad situation but Not Ray Harris towing!
