Towed my car from Woodspring suites for being backed into a parking space. Wasn't blocking anyone not in a handicapped space not broke down. Charged me 365.00 to get my car back saying I was illegally parked. This should be a crime. Got there to get my car. Knocked no one came to the door sat for over 20 minutes and they were in there the whole time. I was so upset but karma has big teeth and bites hard. Already struggling to pay rent at the hotel then get charged for parking in a spot right at the door. This is crazy work!

They towed my car and did extensive damage underneath the car. I tried to settle the issue with them only to be ignored and dismissed. I was forced to file a claim against them in court to force them to pay for the damages they caused. I did prevail in court despite how dishonest they were with the judge. They were ordered to pay for the damages. Avoid using this tow company at all cost if you have a business. They will damage cars when towing them and then run and hide without taking responsibility for their actions. Very dishonest and unethical people. Beware! Avoid at all cost.

Made me delete the previous review in order to get my car back, and had to pay cash only. but im back. I was always gone rewrite the review cause what kind of company says you cant get your car until you delete a google review. LOL. Do not spend money here for a tow!
