I would give it zero stars to be honest. Unfriendly staff, I asked for a breakdown of the charges they didn’t give it to me. After I payed my car was given to me dirty outside and the inside. Like show professionalism! I know it’s a business but like at least be friendly. Also the car wasn’t dirty so it’s unfair that now on top of the fees I payed I have to pay for car cleaning. I’m a college kid and have many things to pay!!! So please be PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fraud company just figuring out ways to fraud Americans. This company is a scam. Who makes people wait 3 hours outside of a tow yard to get their car back and charge them $150 to get the car after hours? They towed my car at 7pm and then wants to charge a) a fee to get it out after hours or b) a fee to pick it up the next day and hold it over night. What kind of policy is this, we don't even have a chance and will be disputing this with everything and the news. We called the company at 9 and have been waiting outside the tow yard for three hours and still no show it's midnight...

I had an excellent experience at this location today. They were quick with getting all the paper work and letting me collect my belongings from the car. Logan was very helpful, quick and so kind!
