I wish I was able to put zero……. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!Worst business I’ve ever dealt with!!!!! Tow truck driver ruined my transmission on a 2019 Jeep Renegade. Since when in the history of vehicle engineering, can you pull an all wheel drive vehicle that has an entire electrical emergency brake system????? All wheel drive all wheels have to be Moving and of course they weren’t. This company’s tow truck driver pulled my Jeep so much (it was backed in) my transmission could not hold. I haven’t even owned my vehicle a year. Only has 88k miles. Eric Schneider who claims to be the manager is really Houdini. He’s never available Doesn’t respond to emails at this point Your company trying to play with my intelligence and I just want someone to Fix or compensate for the damages done to my vehicle simple solution!!!!! Not so simple because Eric will not communicate with me about what his company has done. He also will not communicate with the financial company now what am I to do?

There should be a zero star option. I’ve been trying to get personal property for two weeks. I set an appointment on the website that was never confirmed. They don’t have a number to talk to a real person which is insane. I just want my shit back, please and thank you.

Girl at front window did a very good job of explaining there format. And got my friends stuff out without issue. Im sure they deal with rude people daily. Great work.
