Hoping I’m on the right service. Have a 2021 Hybrid Chrysler Pacifica that decided to pop with the “service charging system” error which did not allow me to do anything and I had no tools to access the battery. Called and was originally told a 20-30 minute wait. Few minutes later received a call and was told the driver was 5 minutes way. Did catch his name, aside from caller ID, but Chad Ruby worked his magic. Unable to get the van into neutral, he was able to still get it into the truck. My son watched in amazement. Did a fantastic job getting the vehicle off the truck by working some trick moves without and issues. Overall outstanding job and nice guy. Wish him the best of luck assisting others throughout the KC metro area.

What an angel ! I accidentally dropped my wallet getting out of the car and it fell into the sewer!!! I immediately just thought I should call a tow truck…They have hooks and pulleys right!??! I called Danny, he kind of laughed as this was an odd request, but said let me see what I can do! Less than 20 minutes I had my wallet back!!!!<br>Now it’s an absolutely hilarious story that ended well!

I cannot recommend Danny enough! I’m not mechanically inclined at all, and I was really struggling to change my wife’s car battery at O'Reilly’s. I was feeling pretty overwhelmed when Danny pulled up nearby. Without hesitation, he saw I was having trouble, and instead of just passing by, he stepped in to help.<br><br>Danny expertly took care of removing and replacing the battery.
