Overall experience 3/5 I waited a decent amount of time considering the amount of people they had. To check in you have to scan a QR code located next to a “pick up” window. No complaints there other than to whomever cleaned out my car and placed all my belongings in a black trash bag they kept my weeding rings. I went in due to a total loss of my car so of course I went to pick up my belongings. Everything was there except my rings. I hope to whoever took them you enjoy them and know that they were engraved with mine and my husbands name. As well as our marriage date. Maybe give us owners a week to pick up our belongings before you start claiming things for yourself. So many times I hear of places like this stealing stuff from our cars simply because “they can”we have enough to deal with losing our car we don’t need you stealing our belongings as well.

It was decent, signage could of been worded better and placed in a more strategic area. Otherwise you are just standing around until the very nice simoan receptionist tells you how to check-in via QR code. The wait is a bit long about an hour and a half to be able to retrieve your belongings from you vehicle. But otherwise very good, staff was friendly and helpful cudos for the simoan chick don't know her name but she was holding the frontend down, she needs a raise.
