So I was stranded on the road twice. Talked to Tiffany and she got me set up on their schedule. Ronnie was there within 45m and got me to a better area. I was in the middle of nowhere and they worked with me to locate me. Unfortunately, I'm new to the area and drove into an icey area shortly after they helped the first time. Sure enough, within 30m they picked me up and drove me home. No issues. Professional. Economical. Thank you for your help and efforts. I have meant to place this review up for a long time and appreciate how everyone coordinated.

Tim saw my wife getting her spare tire/jack out of her car in a parking lot as I was on my way to assist and offered to help with his jack and impact drill to get it done quicker as I was pulling up. He didn't ask for anything in return. Appreciated the kind gesture.

Got in a wreck, car stuck in the middle of the road…called to have them come tow our car. She said they’d be there within the hour. An hour later called back she said she hasn’t been able to get ahold of her driver - that he must have forgotten to charge his phone. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate! Called Sante Fe Tow out of Gardner they texted back within five minutes and had someone out in 15. Call them if you need towed!!
