If your car was recently towed by cedar towing in Minneapolis And the sign looks like this Or anything else that doesn’t reflect what you paid at the counter (ex. $298) Take a picture immediately & Contact 311 and report their business license.. This is how we stop predatory tow companies. Not only will you get your money back, They have to pay you for the violation.. Thank me later.

Absolutely terrible company to work with - in our experience they did anything possible to keep my daughter's car (she's a student at U of M) in the lot as long as possible to accumulate more fees. She called right after being towed and didn't get any important information on necessary documents (insurance card, registration, release form since I am the owner ... and yes, I live out of state) - nor was she advised to check their website to obtain said details. Instead she went there three nights in a row, just to be treated very rudely - me, too, when I asked to speak to an employee on the phone - till she could finally get her car back several hundred dollars later. Besides being unnecessarily expensive, the company/the employees acted extremely unprofessional and made an already stressful situation way worse. Very disappointing! I would give zero stars if that was possible!

They hit scratch ding and dent and tow 4wd by 2 wheels No Dollie’s no flatbed Just drag and think it’s ok Look at ur car before paying You have the right or call the city of Minneapolis to complain
