I placed an order for nerf bars back in september through Real Trucks. I've been told 4 different shipping dates from Lund through Real Trucks and they never ship or followed up to tell me why they haven't shipped. Yes that's almost 4 months since I've paid and no product . I would give a lower review if I could.

Perfect fit, great price, fast shipping. But 2 stars off because they did not stand behind their product. Passenger side running board show up with good scratches on it. No protection on either end of it. Take a look at the picture.

For my fellow truckers. Do not do business with this company. I paid 2500 hundred for a part. They sent me wrong one. I sent it back which cost a 119.00 dollars. It's been a month since trying to get a refund. They are even charging me up to 400 dollars for restocking fee. I called again yesterday and spoke with Farmer . The general manager. He assured me twice that he would resolve the problem. That hasn't happened. My check was supposed to be in my hands yesterday. But all I've received are lies. Now I'm taking action by reporting them to the states attorney general and the BBB. EVERYONE needs to know how this place conducts their business. I hope that I dont have to go to small claims court, but that might be my next course of action. I hope this helps you decide if you want to use them. In my strong opinion dont. They are trying to steal my money. And they will steal from you too.
