Terrible experience. After my car was towed, I tried to pick up my house keys that were left inside the vehicle by the officer who searched my car. The tow company refused to give me my own keys, even though I clearly explained the situation. I was left locked out of my own home for no good reason. Completely unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful toward a basic human need: access to your home. If you’re in a tough situation, don’t expect these people to help you—they don’t care. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I was locked out of my car and the other night on the east side of town which was not a real good place to be alone. I called All American after being quoted $215 by Jim and Ron's.. these guys did it for $80 and they were there within 10 minutes. Super fast super professional. I would absolutely recommend these guys. A huge thank you to the guy who came out in the middle of the night ! I wish I could remember your name, but you were awesome!
