I don't know what happened but this place is complete trash now. I've probably dropped loads off 20+ times over the last 4 years. The last year it's been nothing but a nightmare. I called ahead to donate a third row seat, which they said yes to, only to turn me down on site. I brought some electronics to scrap, which I've done many times, turned down on site. The attitude sucks. Thanks for wasting my time over and over.

Took half my scrap copper to them 12/20 and got paid $2.4 a pound. Took my other half to Alter Greeley location 12/22 and received $3.7 a pound. My initial drop off was 3900 pounds so feeling like I got swindled out of a good chunk of change (Approx $5,000).

The guys at the drop off are always pleasant to work with but the angry I HATE MY JOB CODY .G in side taking I.Ds is such an rude and poor customer service every time I go there even today he was training a younger kid and he his attitude attitude towards him was just sorry. Ownership needs to address his customer service for real. I would rather go to Greeley and drive 15 more minutes the. Deal with that guy .
