I just used this company I was stranded for about 2 hours waiting on my insurance road side I called dispatcher he said 30 to 45 minute eta driver got there in 20 best company ever definitely reccomend and the driver miguel also gave me some mechanical advice very respectful and helpful now I just found my new go to tow truck company

I was going home from a long day at work to come find out my car had 2 flat tires. I called Tow Truck Newark and they were so nice to me. The dispatcher was very understanding. He understood my frustration. Their prices was great!!! And their ETA was 45 minutes and the driver arrived within the 25 minutes. I cant stress it enough they are the best in the area. Tonight I was stranded at Penn Station In Newark NJ. With no way to get back home I called this Towing Company. I was met refreshingly by someone with a great attitude and great knowledge about cars. Instantly after telling him the issue with my battery he knew the exact solution in which was needed to solve the problem. After taking my car to the street in which I reside, in a matter of minutes he fixed my battery issue and my car was back to normal! God bless him and I’m grateful to have called for his services!
