Hello LKQ Corporate, I am reaching out to formally raise a concern before escalating this matter to my local Small Business Association. I recently brought a vehicle to your Durham location after receiving an online quote. I followed all required steps on my end and arrived as instructed, expecting the quoted amount to be honored. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the payout would be lower due to an error made by your call center. I want to be clear: I upheld my end of the agreement based on the information provided by your company. A discrepancy caused internally should not negatively impact me as the customer. I am requesting that LKQ honor the original quoted amount or provide a fair resolution to this issue. I would prefer to resolve this directly and amicably, but I am prepared to pursue further action if necessary. I was quoted $1,050 when I showed up they reduced the amount. For no fault of mine. Their excuse was the call center got it wrong and they're not responsible for the call center. Please let me know how you intend to address this matter. Sincerely, Joshua craddock

I will like to star by saying the service at this location it always great the custumer service is excellent The manager she always treats custumer whit smile nice attitude. They do anything to help and make my work more simple by providing directions on were to find what im looking. Thank you for giving us excellent service keep up the good work. The upper management needs to keep this great TEAM.

I’ve been a customer at this lkq location for a long time, Not complaining about parts . but since the last two visits , the experience has gone downhill badly. The lady at check out is extremely disrespectful and has a terrible attitude toward customers. I was treated in a way that felt discriminatory and unprofessional specially she now that i don't know Spanish she started speaking in Spanish. The way they speak to customers and handle business is unacceptable. I never had these issues before, but now the environment feels hostile and uncomfortable. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place as long as this lady is in charge
