I went there last night 10/09/2025 @ 9:45pm to try to recover my car I told the the lady upfront ( black lady whose hair is glued up to her head) I told her can you please help me get my registration in my car she said it’s not there. I waited for 2 hours standing in front of her. Then she lied again and said my car registration was not in the car. I told her exactly where is the registration but she won’t listen and kept insisting the registration was not in the car. Then u came back this morning and Aida helped me. The night shift horrible!

My car was stolen and ended up here. What a scam that this place is. Just shy of $500 later to get my car out and I had the police report and everything. They knew my car was stolen and said, and I quote “That’s too bad, anyways how would you like to pay.” I beg your finest pardon! I hope the BBB shuts this abomination of an “establishment” down.

My car was towed by Metro. I went the following day to get it back. Everytime I called someone was on the phone with me expalining the process and total amount that would be owed at the time of pick up.<br><br>Upon showing up I provided the information and every process was smooth as described over the phone. I delt with Jasmin in the office. She was short and to the point and wasn't rude or disrespectful. The gentlemen who walked me to my car named "Q" was personable and friendly.<br><br>After locating my car I performed a walk around and inspected my vehicle. All my items were in the car as I had left them and no damage was found on my car from the tow. I will say the lot is a dirt lot and they left my windows open on my car so a lot of dirt and dust was found inside the car from sitting on the lot. Additionally, they left my overhead interior lights on as well but fortunately the battery had enough charge to start it up and get it gone.<br><br>For a crappy situation the experience at this tow yard was good overall and my crappy situation is no fault of their own.<br><br>Thank you Ewing Bros.
