I lost my mother in law car in an accident. She is fine. Insurance didn't take over. AAA brought the car to my driveway. Immediately I started looking for options, how to take out this junk from my driveway. I posted the car in marketplace and I received tons of requests. The only person who was serious was JT. He told me he was coming around 630pm, but he was stuck in an accident and he sent me pictures of the situation to keep me updated. He came and he evaluated the car, he paid my money, but he didn't go right away he talked to me for a while giving me advices on what to do and what car to buy. My wife signed all the release paperwork and he left. We went to bed around 9pm and when I woke up next day the car was not here anymore. His crew came late at night.
