Don't let them tow your vehicle you might not end up with the same car or you may never see it again

I called them to have a vehicle dropped off at a shop, they confirmed they would have it out first thing in the morning. I called this in before 430pm. The next day in the evening I found out the vehicle was never dropped as promised. I told them who I spoke with & the email communicated requested. The female rep told me Justin was probably too busy & missed the email. I told her he was the one I spoke with & he would handle everything before the weekend.<br><br>I had to re-email the company and I was told they can drop off the vehicle at the shop Saturday morning. The shop is closed Saturday, I asked who would be responsible if the car gets dropped & something happens to it ? The girl said not them. I told her that was not okay & not fair because we’re an insurance company to leave the car there over the weekend.<br><br>On Monday morning (3 days AFTER it was originally supposed yo be dropped) it was taken to the shop and left with no communication with the shop. The shop had no idea who’s vehicle it was had I not called them, they said the towing company dropped it & left immediately.<br><br>They also billed my customer & put a lien for less than what they are charging the insurance company, so it’s clear they just want the money-what do they care.<br><br>Lots of unprofessional handling for this 1 vehicle. It’s actually is not the first. All I can say not reliable at all. I hope to see less of this company used.
