The new owner Eddie and his co-worker Giovanni are outstanding gentlemen who know their business extremely well. They guided me through choosing what parts I needed for my 03 mini cooper with great patience and understanding. The parts were carefully and thoroughly wrapped, then shipped immediately to me in Hawaii. I was surprised at how quickly they came and without any damage! Can't say enough about my experience with ALLMAG!....Purchased 2012 r59 as a Christmas gift and needed to replace center lcd navigation screen but was nervous about finding compatible replacement. Big shout out to Giovanni who helped ease my pain and walked me through the process and assured me he had a compatible replacement. Shipping was fast and part arrived looking brand new!....works and looks great!!....In an age of non-exsisting customer service it was awsome dealing with AllMag. Giovanni saved me hundreds and earned a customer for all my Mini needs for years to come!.....You guys ROCK!!!!

Would give a higher rating if possible. I’ve been ordering from Allmag for a couple years now. Hands down THE BEST PLACE to get any used and new Mini parts. From a full hood to a small electronic piece I needed, they always have it and at a reasonable price too. They even include all the part numbers associated so you know you’re not ordering the wrong thing. Their shipping process is also INSANELY good too. The customer service is also tip top!! Giovanni gave me a shout regarding a shipping issue and was extremely helpful in looking at reasonable alternatives to resolve it! I will continue to keep coming back!!
