Terrible experience. No one knew what was going on. Told to wait 30 minutes for them to come back from lunch. They make me disconnect from the trailer and leave the property bobtail and come back when they estimate it's going to be finished. Probably the worst loading protocol I've had to deal with. I mean they can't just call me or I don't know let me park bobtail somewhere on the property lol terrible non trucker friendly place. This review is for Michelin tires
