My insurance sent this company to tow my vehicle I called at 7pm they said it was going to be 45minutes it’s now 10:49pm and they are barely on the way horrible customer service the dispatcher was rude I called the tow I will never want to have them help me ! I called the tow guy to see how long he said 10 minutes 30minutes ago I kept getting the run around about how long they were going to take. Worst worst I was already having a bad day my car broke down I just wanted my car towed since I had my 2 baby’s in the car. His name was Gerald or Geraldo!!

They were supposed to show up at 10am and never showed up. I called multiple times and they never answered and when they finally did, they told me they would not be coming until the following day in the morning. The following day they stopped responding altogether, and we decided to go with another company. Really do not recommend this unprofessional company
