Whom ever the male is that runs this company is very rude and he over charges for towing. When asked for a receipt, he informed me that they only do digital receipts and they only accept cash. Upon arriving, he did not have any change that resulted in me allowing to just keep the change. The fact that he doesn’t take Digital payments but he stated that he could only provide a digital receipt did not make sense to me. After I told him to keep the change, he provided me with a paper receipt, which was the total opposite of which he stated on the phone. Please do not do business with this individual. He is not moving with integrity.

terrible service, damaged my car in tow.<br><br>I am writing to address the company's response to my initial review and to provide further context. My dissatisfaction stems from three critical issues: vehicle damage, a complete breakdown in customer service, and unmet commitments.<br><br>First, regarding the damage: I have now uploaded photos of my vehicle's rear undercarriage, consistent with the orientation of the vehicle it was in when towed from behind. The evidence speaks for itself.<br><br>Second, the service experience was unacceptable. The office was closed when I arrived by Uber. I was then left waiting for one hour in 22-degree weather after being assured someone would arrive within 30 minutes. This was not only inconvenient but deeply unprofessional.<br><br>Finally, promises were not kept. I was required to pay in cash and was told a receipt would be texted to me immediately. As of now, I have received neither a receipt nor any follow-up communication, but time was taken to reply to my google review.<br><br>I provide subpar reviews only when they are unequivocally warranted. This experience, from the damage to the disregard for basic customer care and accountability, unfortunately meets that standard.

I wish I had the option of 10 stars!!!<br>⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br>These guys knows what they are doing!! They are good hearted, polite, true southern gentleman! A2Z is the BEST choice forr ALL of your towing needs-<br>From 1st hand experience- their prices knock the competition out the water!!<br>And turn around time is amazing as well!! From my 1st call to them til everything was said and done 40 minutes!!!! WHAT??!? I promise you guys whether u need a tow or you are selling an old junk car, TRUST A2Z Towing!!! U will thank me later!!!!!!
