Extremely RUDE! I was in a terrible car accident, and my vehicle was inoperable. TPD called this towing service for whatever reason and told me not to worry, they will take care of it. They have had my vehicle for 2 days. No calls, no updates, nothing. I called them to inquire about my vehicle. I asked them if they even have my vehicle on the lot. The guy that answered the phone was beyond nasty. He said, "if the police told you we have it, then we have it". So unnecessarily disrespectful. Couldn't be bothered to let me know if it was even in their possession! I was also told I could not stop by their location to collect my things because they were CLOSED at 2pm when it clearly states they are open 24 hours. Seems like they want make things difficult and hold your vehicle hostage so they can acquire more fees. Dishonest, crooked, and illegal. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will be adding photos and videos to my review once I receive my vehicle back and update it accordingly.

After my car accident, my experience with Supreme Towing was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. The tow driver took my car to their tow yard without CLEAR communication and did not leave a business card or any information about where my vehicle was being taken. I was left having to call around to multiple places just to figure out where my own car was.<br><br>The first thing the driver asked me was whether I had full insurance coverage, which immediately felt inappropriate and concerning. Shortly after that, he drove away with my car without properly communicating anything to me.<br><br>The lack of transparency, poor communication, and overall customer service made an already stressful situation much worse. This place felt like a complete rip-off, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Please be cautious if you ever have the misfortune of dealing with this company.

Tried to charge me more than is legally permitted. Look up Hillsborough County towing rates and do not let this crooked business steal from you. They also demanded cash, which they can’t do.
