Great Seneca forest Germantown, visitor parking are full of cars with stickers and parked for month and they don’t do there job. Called because someone took my reservation spot and they ask you to verify, email, prove parking and other nonsense. Don’t know why they are in our association. Worst of the worst. I live in my association for 13 years. That will tell you how long their service is bad. That car was in my spot all day. Nothing I can do. Thank Henry towing

Based on my experience, this company appears to rely heavily on aggressive and questionable towing practices rather than clear communication or proper verification. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious and thoroughly understand parking and towing enforcement before dealing with this company.<br><br>Any company that uses this company can be considered the same.

I had a very disappointing experience with Henry’s Towing. Angelita provided terrible customer service and handled the situation in an unprofessional manner. When the issue was escalated, her manager, everyone involved was equally unknowledgeable about proper towing procedures and protocols and was unable to clearly explain or justify their actions.<br><br>The situation stemmed from an error on their part, yet it was handled without accountability or professionalism. Based on this experience, I would caution others against trusting this company with their vehicle. The lack of organization, clear communication, and understanding of towing procedures was concerning.
