We had a tow truck come to pick up a friends vehicle that was disabled in the yard and they ran over my son’s brand new basketball hoop completely ruining it. We have been contacting them relentlessly and they refuse to replace it or even call us to apologize. This is a bad business. Do not trust them! They also quoted our friend $450 and then when they arrived and hooked the car up told him they would only pay $250. My son’s basketball hoop cost more than the car they towed away and now my son has no hoop and he lives for basketball.

I will definitely have a bad review you guys a con artist and I was supposed to get 500 I received 370 while trying to be offered 200 for a False accusation about my Cadillac converter being modified of some sort when I have never put any money or modifications into my vehicle this is the vehicle I bought from high school and only thing I did was change the motor understand what's going on my vehicle and I have full proof of pictures understand as well as the pictures that the dispatcher falsely claimed as well as the driver himself who is the real culprit of the situation but it wouldn't be so if the company wouldn't allow it , Notice how on google it’s multiple pages reason being they are doing shady Business and like I told the driver it’s Gods Eyes because you don’t know what somone is going threw and your trying to get over on people for the company sake or selfish intentions either way I’m highly disappointed and upset from the driver to the dispatcher colluding together to take a vantage of someone’s situation to benefit there own is it works you guys deserve everything that comes in this is me definitely leaving a terrible review and it’s not for the money because I can I could have sold the car to someone who could actually use it. It actually works it’s about the principle you lied 🤥 about a Cadillac converter I’ve never touched. I will post a picture and you guys tell me. First picture is what the driver sent to dispatch that I guess I straight piped it or something and mind you he showed a rusted one to me and I have a witness . The second one is the one I took before he left I have an iPhone so it gets precise when it comes to stuff like this but anyway, afterwords explain how I got bamboozled they proceed to hang up on me and let me know that they don’t give a **** about what my thoughts I sold the car and that’s that, Now text my phone today ask me to leave a review and how much I paid some weird stuff you scammed me yesterday you guys will get exactly what you deserve I’m upset and highly disappointed

Have someone coming to pick my car up tomorrow I was told on the phone they're giving me $500 for it I was just trying to make sure if that's what they're going to give me because I have a couple bills to pay I will keep the five star rating if all is well thank you I look forward to hearing from someone in the morning
