Good signage and helpful staff. I recommend checking the electronics recycling page on the Naperville city website before hauling your stuff here. The list of accepted items and fees could change slightly. I've called a number from the website (during typical business hours) to double check if I could drop off a certain item before and they did answer my question. They currently charge like $20 or $30 for large monitor or TV disposal. Last time I was able to pay the fee online and showed them the receipt in my email when I pulled up. The attendant seemed happy that he didn't have to deal with processing the fee, and of course it took less time to get through which helped the people behind me in line. If I just have a couple small electronics then I'd probably drop them off at a Best Buy or whoever else has collection bins, but if I have a whole box of stuff this is the easiest place for me to take it.

A marvelous facility that provides excellent service! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have nothing but great experiences everytime I've needed to use the facility. They have made the whole process super easy! Pull up, pop the tailgate, and pull away! I can not express how GRATEFUL I am for this facility!

Convenient and good service by staff. A $20 fee for using a debit card or credit card is excessive. Went to my bank and got cash and came back to pay.
